Nationwide Courier Delivery: We deliver anywhere in South Africa through trusted courier partners.

Shipping Cost: Courier is automatically calculated at checkout — starting from R120 nationwide.

Free Shipping: Orders over R2500 qualify for FREE delivery anywhere in the country.

Delivery Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation for items in stock. Delivery otherwise takes between 5-12 working days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.
Packaging & Handling
All items are securely packaged to ensure your gear arrives in perfect condition. Whether it’s goggles, parts, or accessories, we take care to protect every order from our door to yours.

Return & Exchange Information
At MotoGear Online, our goal is simple — to keep our customers stoked with every order. We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and that’s why we’ve made our returns and exchange process quick, fair, and rider-friendly.
Our Policy

Returns: You can return unused and uninstalled items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

Exchanges: Need a different size, colour, or product? No problem — we’ll gladly arrange an exchange if the item is still in new condition.

Condition: Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from damage or wear.

Refunds: Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.
How It Works

Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM to let us know what’s wrong.

We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the correct return address.

Send the item back using your preferred courier.

Once we’ve received and inspected it, we’ll sort out your refund or replacement right away.
A Few Notes

We can’t accept returns on items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.

Courier fees for returns may apply unless the product arrived faulty or incorrect.
